Dr. Uma Subramanyan, M.Comm, PhD, CPA-CGA, is the founder of CubeTech CPA Professional Corporation. She is a finance leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning Tier-1 Canadian financial institutions and fractional leadership roles supporting small and mid-sized organizations. Her background includes accounting, taxation, financial reporting, governance, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash-flow management, and internal controls.
Over the past decade, Dr. Uma has delivered full-cycle accounting leadership in accordance with IFRS and GAAP standards. She has also developed executive dashboards, automated recurring and regulatory reporting, and produced performance analytics that supported strategic planning at scale. In addition, she is known for translating complex financial information into clear, decision-ready insight that strengthens governance, improves compliance, and supports business leadership.
